Drawing Text on the Chart


To draw text on the chart press the Text button on the main toolbar. The cursor will change to a T. Click on the chart at the desired text position and a detail box will appear.



Fill in the appropriate details and press OK. The new Text Annotation will be created and be shown on the chart. Pressing Cancel will abort the creation of the new Text Annotation.


Drawing Text or a Symbol in a Heading


To draw text or symbol into a heading that particular heading row must be visible on screen (as set by the Heading Rows on the Heading Tab).


To draw text and/or a symbol on a Heading Row press the Text button on the main toolbar. The cursor will change to a T. Click on the Heading Row at the desired start text position then drag to the end text position, release and a detail box will appear.



Fill in the appropriate details and press OK.  The new Heading Entry will be created and be shown on the Heading (for more details of the options see Headings). Pressing Cancel will abort the creation of the new Heading Entry.


Drawing Pictures on the Chart


To draw a picture on a Heading Row press the Picture button The cursor will change to a picture. A standard windows file selection window will appear. Select the desired picture file. Then drag a rectangle on the chart in the desired location of the picture. The size of the dragged rectangle will be used in scaling the picture. Releasing the mouse button and a detail box will appear.



Choose the desired alignment and correct the width and height if required then press OK. The new Picture Annotation will be created and be shown on the chart. Pressing Cancel will abort the creation of the new Picture Annotation


Drawing Pictures in a Heading


To draw a picture into a heading that particular heading row must be visible on screen (as set by the Heading Rows on the Heading Tab).


To draw a picture on a Heading Row press the Picture button The cursor will change to a picture. A standard windows file selection window will appear. Select the desired picture file. After that the procedure is exactly the same as for text.
